ruud unit just over 5 years old. Just failed for the 2nd time in 4 months.
parts under warranty but labor is not. This product is pure garbage. 2 previous units lasted over 20 years without any mechanical or electrical issues, just refrigerant refills.
Avoid this mfr if you don't want a hassle free experience. summer in florida and can't wait to trade this lemon in.
